Thank you South Bay parents for a wonderful evening at the Auction this past Friday! The official numbers of what we made from the event are still being calculated, but we wanted to thank key people who made this event possible!
THANK YOU to our event co-chairs Mary McHale and Amanda Rich! The six months+ that they spent planning, organizing, securing donations, and developing the program are so appreciated! We couldn't have done it without you!
THANK YOU to Jennifer Longmuir for coordinating the silent auction -- collecting items, arranging baskets, loading the information into the computer. A HUGE job and each of the many years you have been leading this effort, you put it together beautifully!
THANK YOU to Amy Hoyte for putting so much time and effort into making the check out process work (and all that extra time you had to put in sending out individual receipts when the printer broke!). Filling your shoes will be a challenge for next year while you enjoy your last year of having a child at South Bay. Thank you for the MANY years of service to our school in so many capacities!!
THANK YOU to Lauren Howard for organizing all the registration, table assignments, making the paddle numbers, and overseeing the finances for the event.
THANK YOU to Lauren Cramer for the beautiful decorations, the many volunteers who donated to the dessert dash, the parents/community members/businesses/ and South Bay Staff who donated items, day of the event volunteers including our high school students, our auctioneer Tom Nelson and MC Lora Budd, Daniel G. Bernstein at DB-Designs for photographing the event, South Bay BBQfor providing the no-host bar, and St. Martin's University and their catering department for all the work they did to make this event successful!
